Email campaigns are powerful tools for reaching your prospects and customers. However, their success depends heavily on the sending method and the choice of sender email address.
In this article, discover how to configure your Gmail, Outlook, or any other SMTP provider email account to work with Magileads . You can then easily optimize your email campaigns.
Choose how to send your emails
Before launching an email campaign, it's important to choose the appropriate sending method and sender email address. You have two main options:
Option 1: Mass mailing
Mass mailing allows you to send large-volume campaigns quickly. This method is effective for reaching a wide audience, but it can result in a lower open rate. Here's how it works:
- Routing via Magileads : Emails are sent via the Magileads platform. You can configure an alias for these mailings. The alias is the email address visible to your prospects , but is not used for the actual mailings.
- Alias (Artifact) : This alias masks the sender's real email address. It's a way to manage your email identity while using Magileads for bulk mailings.
- Invisible Magileads : Magileads will never appear in the headers of emails sent in mass mailing, thus ensuring the transparency of your communications.
Option 2: Send from your email inbox
Sending emails directly from your inbox can increase your response rates by allowing for more personalized communication with each prospect. Here are the advantages and how to set up this method:
- Increased response rates : By communicating on an individual level, you personalize the interaction, which can lead to better reception of your emails.
- Connecting to Magileads : You can connect your email accounts to the Magileads platform. Emails sent via Magileads will appear in the "Sent Emails" tab of your mailbox.
- Limiting sending : To avoid your emails being marked as spam, it is recommended to limit sending to 100 emails per day per sender.
